About Golf Life

Golf Life started with a simple mission: to make the game of golf more accessible, fun, and rewarding for players of all skill levels. Our team has guided over 1200 adults through their first round. Today, we continue to blend state-of-the-art TrackMan technology with a welcoming community to help every golfer elevate their game.

Shaping Confident Golfers Across the GTA
Who we are

Shaping Confident Golfers Across the GTA

Golf Life exists to remove the intimidation from learning golf. For too many adults, the game feels closed off; too expensive, too technical, and too unwelcoming to beginners. We built Golf Life to change that perception with structured, beginner-friendly instruction delivered by certified coaches inside premium indoor facilities, available year-round regardless of the weather outside.

We focus on adults (18+). Whether you have never held a club or you’re an intermediate player chasing a more consistent swing, our small-group clinics and data-driven coaching are designed to get you comfortable, capable, and onto the course faster.

Our Mission

Make golf accessible, measurable, and genuinely enjoyable for adult learners.

We pair certified, tour-experienced coaching with launch-monitor technology so that improvement is both a feeling as well as measurable data you can see week over week.

We measure success three ways:

What sets us apart

What Sets Our Coaching Apart

Personalized Instruction

Coaching should be dedicated to the individual. We offer both 1-on-1 and small-group formats. Our staff is fully certified.

Data-Driven Feedback

We teach on TrackMan™ launch monitors, the same technology trusted by touring professionals. You get precise numbers on every swing. Feedback is objective and progress is trackable.

Year-Round, Weather-Proof

Train all year in climate-controlled comfort. Our indoor simulator facilities mean Canadian winters never interrupt your progress.

Real Course Preparation

Virtual on-course play bridges the gap between the practice mat and the fairway, so you learn course management before you ever tee off outdoors.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Golf Life for?

Golf Life is designed for adults aged 18 and older, from complete beginners to intermediate players. Whether you’re picking up a club for the first time or refining an existing swing, our structured clinics meet you at your level. We focus exclusively on adult instruction, delivering coaching in a relaxed, welcoming environment built around measurable progress.

Yes. Our staff includes a PGA of Canada Class “A” Professional, multiple PGA of Canada members, and coaches certified through the Titleist Performance Institute, Sportsbox 3D Golf, and Swing Catalyst. Combined, our team brings decades of golf industry experience and a track record coaching tour winners, college athletes, and fellow professionals.

No. While you’re welcome to bring your own clubs for a personalized fit, both the Toronto and Mississauga facilities provide complimentary high-quality club rentals on request. This makes it easy to start without buying equipment first, so you can focus entirely on learning the fundamentals comfortably.

We believe in building a reliable, repeatable swing based on objective data, not guesswork. Rather than applying a “one-size-fits-all” method, our PGA-trained coaches break the game down into manageable building blocks tailored to your unique mobility and skill level. We focus on core fundamentals, swing mechanics, and course management in a relaxed environment so you can see measurable progress week over week.

Indoor golf lessons provide a highly controlled, distraction-free environment that accelerates learning. By operating out of climate-controlled facilities in Toronto and Mississauga, weather never interrupts your progress. More importantly, indoor instruction allows us to seamlessly integrate TrackMan™ technology, providing instant, data-driven feedback on your club path, face angle, and ball flight that simply isn’t visible to the naked eye on an outdoor range.

Yes, biomechanics play a major role in how we teach. Because our coaching staff holds certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and Sportsbox 3D Golf, we understand the crucial link between your physical mobility and your golf swing. We can identify physical limitations that might be causing swing faults and tailor our instruction to work with your natural body mechanics, preventing injury and maximizing power.

While our three-week adult clinics are incredibly popular for building foundational skills in a social setting, we also understand that some players prefer one-on-one attention. We encourage graduates of our clinics—and experienced golfers looking to refine specific aspects of their game—to speak directly with our PGA professionals about private, customized coaching opportunities at either of our GTA locations.

Your golf journey doesn’t end after three weeks! Once you have mastered the fundamentals in our beginner or intermediate clinics, our coaches will help you determine your next steps. Many of our students choose to enroll in subsequent clinics to reinforce their skills, transition into private coaching for targeted improvement, or start applying their new swing strategies to real outdoor courses with confidence.
